Heart Wisdom To Empowerment ….. Part Three

Exploring the next step in such a space as a simple posting would be to take the hugely important area of FEELINGS totally out of context to the whole Human Experience and Purpose.

For example take the following simple questions:

What makes you FEEL?

Have you wondered why FEELINGS are with you in every part of your day.

Happy ones…. sad ones… funny ones… up ones… down ones…. strange ones… confusing ones…. myriads of feelings vying for attention.

Do you pay attention to the joyful feelings and ignore the less pleasant ones as more of an intrusion in your life than as a part of who you are.

How do you FEEL in this moment ?

In this moment as you read this question are you conscious of an inner energy. It can be subtle but if you are undergoing a major event in your life it can be felt as a very powerful feeling that begins a whole process of emotions usually involving past and present experiences either joyful or fearful. We all know it….. it’s our humanness !

But could that be only half the story…… that in fact it is so much more.

If you stop …. right there in that moment of feeling ….. and ask within ….. What is this I am feeling?  That in that asking you have connected to a most powerful energy.

Can you begin to acknowledge this inner ability to feel as the very place to begin to question WHY ?

The most common response in the moment of a feeling is to choose to embrace the pleasant joyful ones and to suppress those that are uncomfortable or suggest fear or frustration.

In time you will understand with more clarity why you choose to respond this way but there are steps to take to reach this.
